At Canaju, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. As our lingerie and swimwear are intimate items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
1. Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items Only
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
The faulty item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Lingerie and underwear
Swimwear (bikinis, one-pieces, etc.)
Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered
3. How to Request an Exchange
Email us at canaju.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Attach clear photos/videos of the defect.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
4. Shipping for Approved Exchanges
If your exchange is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
Once we receive the defective item, we will send the replacement or issue store credit.
